پروتئین ۸-بی ریخت‌زایی استخوان (انگلیسی: Bone morphogenetic protein 8B) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «BMP8B» کُدگذاری می‌شود.

این پروتئین عضوی از خانوادهٔ فاکتور رشد تغییردهنده بتا است. این پروتئین همانندی توالی اسید آمینه‌ای با پروتئین ۷ ریخت‌زایی استخوان و پروتئین ۵ ریخت‌زایی استخوان دارد و قادر است رشد و تکامل غضروف و استخوان را تحریک کند. این پروتئین در هیپوکامپ رویان نیاموشان نیز یافت شده‌است.
