گیرنده ۱ هورمون آزادکننده کورتیکوتروپین (انگلیسی: Corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1) که با نام CRF₁ هم شناخته می‌شود؛ یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CRHR1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.

این گیرنده به هورمون آزادکننده کورتیکوتروپین یا آگونیست‌های CRF متصل می‌شود و به میزان زیادی در دستگاه عصبی مرکزی و دستگاه عصبی پیرامونی بیان می‌شود.

دگرگونی در این ژن با افزایش پاسخ به درمان کورتونی در مبتلایان به آسم و احتمال بروز پرفشاری ریوی دائمی در نوزادان همراه است.
