گیرنده ۱ هورمون آزادکننده کورتیکوتروپین
گیرنده ۱ هورمون آزادکننده کورتیکوتروپین (انگلیسی: Corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1) که با نام CRF1 هم شناخته میشود؛ یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CRHR1» کُدگذاری میشود.
این گیرنده به هورمون آزادکننده کورتیکوتروپین یا آگونیستهای CRF متصل میشود و به میزان زیادی در دستگاه عصبی مرکزی و دستگاه عصبی پیرامونی بیان میشود.
دگرگونی در این ژن با افزایش پاسخ به درمان کورتونی در مبتلایان به آسم و احتمال بروز پرفشاری ریوی دائمی در نوزادان همراه است.
