لپتیس مگنا (انگلیسی: Leptis Magna) یک شهر باستانی در لیبی است.

این شهر در قرن هفتم پیش از میلاد توسط بربرها و پونیک‌ها ساخته و توسط سپتیموس سوروس گسترش پیدا کرده‌است.

ویرانه‌های لپتیس مگنا هم‌اکنون در شهر الخمس، لیبی قرار دارد و در سال ۱۹۸۲ میلادی فهرست میراث جهانی یونسکو ثبت شده‌است.
