آبل فرارا (به انگلیسی: Abel Ferrara؛ زادهٔ ۱۹ ژوئیهٔ ۱۹۵۱) کارگردان اهل ایالات متحده آمریکا است. او از سال ۱۹۷۱ میلادی تاکنون مشغول فعالیت بوده و از فیلمهایش میتوان خاکسپاری و پادشاه نیویورک را نام برد.
