GRIN1
گیرندهٔ گلوتامات [انامدیاِی]، زیرواحد زتا-۱ (انگلیسی: Glutamate [NMDA] receptor subunit zeta-1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «GRIN1» کُدگذاری میشود.
پروتئینی که توسط این ژن کُد میشود، زیرواحد مهمی از «گیرندههای انامدیای» است. این زیرواحدها با کمک هم، یک کانال یونی دریچه-لیگاندی ایجاد میکنند و نقش کلیدی در انعطافپذیری در سیناپسهایی دارند که در یادگیری و حافظه مؤثرند. این ژن اگزون دارد. به نظر میرسد عوامل خاص یاختهای در شکلگیری ایزوفرمهای مختلف این پروتئین نقش داشته و در بروز گوناگونی عملکردی زیرواحدهای آن دخیل هستند.
