گیرنده ۲ کمپلمان (انگلیسی: Complement receptor 2) یا به‌اختصار «CR2» که با نام‌های دیگری همچون «گیرندهٔ کمپلمان C3d»، «گیرندهٔ ویروس اپشتین-بار» و «CD21» هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CR2» کُد می‌شود.

این پروتئین در سامانه کمپلمان دخیل است و به «iC3b» (فرم غیر فعالِ C3b)، و همچنین «C3dg» یا «C3d» متصل می‌شود.

از آنجایی که همهٔ لنفوسیت‌های بی دارای این گیرنده هستند، سامانه کمپلمان در فعال‌سازی و بلوغ این سلول‌های ایمنی نقش دارد.
