نابد یا نابدس (یونانی: Ναβέδης Nabédēs) یکی از فرماندهان نظامی ساسانی در زمان حکومت شاهنشاه خسرو انوشیروان (حک. ۵۳۱–۵۷۹) و از شرکت‌کنندگان در جنگ لازستان بود.
